Tips Pemakanan (Kalori)

Kalori makanan.
Tahukah anda setiap makanan membekalkan kalori?
Kalori = tenaga untuk badan.

Pengambilan kalori yang banyak dan penggunaan kalori yang sedikit akan menyebabkan kegemukan apabila kalori yang tidak digunakan ditukar kepada lemak.

Makan banyak, guna tenaga sedikit = xbagus

Makan banyak, guna tenaga banyak = bagus

so, kalau guna tenaga sedikit, makan je sedikit.
